Joe has a level 3 qualification in property management and is a member of UKALA, PRS, MyDeposits and the ICO.

Our years of experience in property management, membership of various bodies such as UKALA and MyDeposits and our relationship with trusted local tradesmen makes us the perfect option to look after your property.
When it comes to needing a new group of tenants will we advertise your property across all our relevant portals (including RightMove) and we offer a discounted price of just £150 for letting the house.

Everything needed to advertise and let your property.
The most important thing for you as a landlord is to make sure your property is let to a good group of tenants. With our Let-Only service, we will make sure your adverts stand out and reach a wide audience. We advertise across a number of portals including RightMove, the UK’s leading property website.
We can also offer a number of bolt-on options such as holding and protecting your deposits with MyDeposits, collecting rent and completing the right-to-rent check and check-in process.

Empty properties cost money. We help fill them faster.
We arrive early, prepare the house and get familiar with the key selling points. After the viewing, we secure the property and return keys promptly.
We also send a short report with attendee details and any questions we couldn’t answer on-site.
No-shows? We’ll notify you 5 minutes after the scheduled time, wait 15 minutes and then move on. Unfortunately, the fee still applies.

Our Property Respite Service puts us on call to handle property issues while you take that much-needed break. We use trusted contractors, never exceed agreed-upon payment thresholds and only interrupt you when absolutely necessary.
Upon your return, you’ll receive a comprehensive report detailing what we have handled and any non-emergency issues that can be addressed later.
